This project uses a dataset of houses sold in King County, Washington (2014-2015), sourced from
Kaggle which includes detailed house features like size, location, number of floors,
bedrooms, bathrooms.
There are two applications for this project which are:
- Price Estimator: Applying data cleaning, Integrations, models were created and evaluated. The Best-of-Bests model predicts house prices based on these attributes.
- House Navigator: An interactive map that allows clients to filter houses by various criteria and view their selections on map.
The list of houses are manageable.
P.S. It can be customized to meet specific clients' needs, such as adding more interactive features, integrating additional datasets,
or enhancing the user interface for a more personalized experience.
